“CHRISTIAN & MISSIONARY ALLIANCE NAMED IN CONSPIRACY LAWSUIT FILED: CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD CHINESE CHURCH OF $650,000 CHURCH PROPERTYAND APPROXIMATELY $18,000 IN BANK ACCOUNTS by James Sundquist
In a major lawsuit, the Mid America District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (hereafter C&MA) was named by a group of former members of the Chinese Alliance Church of Colorado Springs. The C&MA is one of the largest Evangelical Protestant Christian denominations, with 2,010 C&MA churches in the U.S., and 440 in Canada, with approximately 417,000 members in the United States. The Plaintiff has alleged that the C&MA conspired to defraud and subsequently confiscate and convert their $650,000 church property and assets and emptied their approximately $18,000 in bank accounts, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, U.S.A. The Defendant, C&MA Mid America District Headquarters office, is located in Omaha, Nebraska. C&MA National Church Ministries Vice President Rev. John Soper endorsed and approved both the closure and the sale of the church property in two letters.
This is not unique. The Chinese church is just one of the more recent victims of the C&MA’s Church Growth Movement Church Multiplication, Church Health formulas for measuring spirituality, and Small Group grand strategies being implemented in the U.S., and Canada to takeover and transform churches. After the C&MA had given the Chinese Alliance Church of Colorado Springs an ultimatum of 15 months to redevelop, the lawsuit alleges that they reneged on it in 3 months. After closing the church down, the C&MA wouldn’t even let them keep their Chinese translation Bibles and library (refusing to return them even upon request in writing). After about 18 months the C&MA put the property on the market and sold the property to a Karate company. Named in the lawsuit are: Christian & Missionary Alliance, Randall Burg, District Superintendent for the Mid America District of the C&MA, the Mid America District of the C&MA, and Dr. Robert Trempert, Interim Pastor just prior to the closing of the church. This C&MA District includes Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. The Plaintiff also alleges that the C&MA secured and conveyed the deed without informing the congregation, then used unfounded charges to evict the whole congregation, which was about 30 regular attendees, and closed down the church and threw them out on the street. It is also the intent of former members of this church to alert and warn all C&MA churches, the church at large, and the Asian community throughout the world, that this could happen to them too! We are grateful to the many members of the national media have already asked to run this story even before this press release went out. These Chinese Christians and how the C&MA applied the Reversion Clause of its constitution to this church feels like this a “mortgage made in Hell”…you have to make mortgage payments to the C&MA [or its own approved lender], including interest…then when the building is paid off in half of the 15 year mortgage, you the borrower get to (have to) give the C&MA lender the building and property too…what a deal! Many of these older saints who came from Communist China where they were persecuted hoped that this could not happen in the U.S., let alone at the hands of the church. They found out they were wrong! On July 1, 2006, members of The Chinese Alliance Church of Colorado Springs discovered that the locks on their building had been changed when attempting to attend a prayer meeting. One Sunday, July 2, 2006, the congregrants came to worship and found out they were evicted from their own building, with the knowledge and consent, the Alliance, MAD, Burg, and Trempet proceeded to lock the Chinese Church out of its own building. Instead of taking care of widows and the homeless, the C&MA leaders created them, while simultaneously blaming these victims. Someone did come to their rescue and hear their Chinese church’s SOS cries for help. There was a good Samaritan in Colorado Springs who showed great mercy and provided shelter for these approximately 30 fleeing Chinese refugee saints and helped them get back on their feet again, and that was Pastor David Fitzgerald and the Garden Ranch Baptist Church. Then the Garden Ranch Baptist Church gave immediate relief under emergency powers, then helped them redevelop church polity and comply with requirements of the State of Colorado and the IRS to start a new church…all in a period of about six months…without strings attached.” “Contrary to what C&MA leaders would have you do, and that is hear the victims side of the story vs. just the perpetrators, as good Christians and good Bereans, you should want to read the other side of the story for yourselves.”

To make it simple or appealing to the ignorant the CMA has simplifed their doctrines, Jesus Christ as Savior, Healer, Coming King, Sanctifier too… but what is really totally absent and very very signicant.. is that they dnot mentio often or at all Jesus as the helper of the poor people.. and what they do not practise giving aid, money to the poor people in their own church, rather when they become poor they kick them out instead? They CMA executives they only still help themselves?
Sadly for many years I have had nothing bad bad experience with 4 of the Canadian Christian Missionary Alliance churches, and they had lied to me, abused me.. undeniable facts I have detailed to all the Canadian members of Parliament, and to the major Canadian News editors, and posted it on the net.. this was a church composed mostly of liars, thieves, imposters and pretenders in my witness… it is not real a Real Christian Church for sure.
PS In regard to the CHRISTIAN & MISSIONARY ALLIANCE I myself have ecountered pastors, district superintendents too both IN QUEBEC AND IN ALBERTA AND I TOO WAS SHOCKED FIRTSHAND TO NOTE HOW THEY DO READILY LIE, ABUSE PEOPLE, ARE RUTHLESS, REAL FACTS I HAVE A LONG TIME AGO BEFORE ALL THIS HAD DETAILED EVEN ON THE WEB, TO CANADA’S MAJOR NEWS EDITORS, THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENTS NOW TOO. Notice this before you next even do try to lie to me and say how good they are firstly. For you cannot deny my personal witness of how bad they are.
Sow the wrong seed and you can also next reap a whirl wind , church pastors included now, and there is really no such thing as a little bit allowable sins for pastors included, no such thing as being a little bit pregnant here too.. and it is still clearly unacceptable for any Pastors to counsel a man’s wife behind his back and without his knowledge, approval, permission, but even this sadly an unacceptable common occurrence in evangelical churches now too, even in the Baptist, Alliance and Pentecostals churches now too.. and this is how the war against the perverse pastors’ of the Toronto airport church and other similar bad churches had next escalated. When any spouse starts to talk to others about their family affairs they now are next definitely headed towards divorce wars as well..
The ends seem to justify the means for some. In the secular world it is common to contact your employer to try to put pressure on you when you disagree with a corporation, but in the religious world it is an unacceptable common ploy for bad undeniably pastors with no fear and accountably as well too often to try meddle into your family affairs, to try to seduce, counsel your own wife behind your back and knowledge, trying to divide and conquer as many persons have told me, they had the same bad experiences too, me included.

Their ignorance of the Bible is alone not the issue, most Christians, church leaders also wrongfully personally do pick and choose what parts of the Bible they will practice, and which one they will not. All professing Christians daily need to practice what they know, even the ten commandments.
I went to a Church for the first time in the Calgary NW Suburb AND I KNEW AFTER ONE SERVICE THE EVANGELICAL PASTOR WAS A CROOK, A LIAR.. My friends insisted I return to the church, but in the process they had told me that the pastor was lying about me, slandering me to others, even to them as well.. This has often happened to me by pastors of other churches, in Calgary, Montréal too, seems the much too many bad pastors like to slander and Gossip. At the next church service I had shared openly with the congregation at the end of the service that their pastor had been accused of lying, slandering me, and even stealing, , misappropriation of funds , lying also by others. The majority of Congregation members disagreed. Ten years later there was a knock on the door of my home and one of the church members told me face to face the same Calgary NW pastor was fired for lying, stealing funds. I always had wondered why it took them so long to see the truth about him?
It is absurd for anyone to now even to try to hoodwink me as to how supposedly spiritually the Christian Missionary Alliance Church is as well, rather in truth the CMA Corporation now is supposedly. It would not work for I already do know the much too many negative truths about the CMA firsthand and for many decades now too. No amount of whitewash can cover up their real dirty plays still too as I have seen firsthand.
Christians doing still dirty works and hiding behind titles, corporate names still is also unacceptable… does not impress me at all. My door bell rang and a person was there asking for donations to World Vision Canada, asking me if I had heard of it? Have I personally heard of it? a vice president of this corporation that I had personally known, been to his home too had already lied about me, slandered me, spread other people’s lies about me.. He was an ex Christian & Missionary Alliance Missionary NOW AS WELL. Like I said many times before God still expects all professing Christians to live a godly life, not just pretend they do… God does not overlook human right abuses even by so called Christians now too.. for God is not impressed by what Church they go to, where they work, and what fancy title they may have now as well.
