Now the Holy Spirit is gentle but he will still tell you the truth..

NAME OF JESUS

” There is a river of the Holy Spirit that comes from God whose streams makes glad “believers” and fills them with joy and peace. As a result this river gives them joy and gladness, thanksgiving and the voice of melody. Yes, Joy and gladness are the trade marks of being filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Christianity is not only to be understood with our hearts and minds and appreciated for its many miracles, signs and wonders but it’s to be experienced through the moving of the Holy Spirit. ”

John 16:7 “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.”

Galatians 5  3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.  4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.  14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.  18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

1 Timothy 1  7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.  9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

Titus 3  9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

You are trying to earn favor with God by observing certain days or months or seasons or years. I fear for you.

Undeniably too as per Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and (all) began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

There are many fools, even ignorant Christians who think that they can merely obtain God’s favor by keeping any of the laws of the Old Testament.. these deceived persons all fail to realize that the Old Testament were written to the Jews only, not to any gentiles.. Now today all of these over 465 old testament inapplicable laws are redundant, obsolete even to all of the Jews.. Further more keeping any of these laws does not insure any personal entrance into heaven.. All Jewish and non Jewish persons have to keep only these laws – to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to obey the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ

Matthew 11:13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. Christ did not suggest here that the binding nature of the law of Moses would remain forever in effect

God who commanded the laws, not just for Judah, but for all Israel, Next That same God, Jesus Christ, says unmistakably: Even if you keep the whole or most of the laws you still will go to hell if Jesus Christ is not your Lord and Savior and Baptizer of the Holy spirit firstly Keeping God’s laws and living righteously has it’s reward, but that still does not mean we have to keep every law mentioned in the old testament that were applicable only to the Jews now even…. Why, then, was the law given? It was given alongside the promise to show the (Jewish) people their sins. But the law was designed to last only until the coming of the child who was promised. Galatians 3:19 Before the way of Christ was available to the Jews the law, the Old testament laws were there guardian until Christ came; it protected them until they and we could be made right with God through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. And now that this faith has come or is available to all,, we no longer need the Old Testament, the law as any of our guardian.as per Galatians 3:23-25

The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow, a dim preview of the good things to come, not the good things themselves. Hebrews 10:1

When God speaks of a “new” covenant, it means that he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear. Hebrews 8:13

When I was with the Jews, I lived like a Jew to bring the Jews to Christ. When I was with those who follow the Jewish law, I too lived under that law. Even though I am not subject to the law, I did this so I could bring to Christ those who are under the law. When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law, I too live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ. But I do not ignore the law of God; I obey the law of Christ.1 Corinthians 9:20-21:

Now coming back to the fact there are so many lying preachers who distort the Bible, take isolated verses to try to still lead you back to Hell..

God who commanded the laws, not just for Judah, but for all Israel, Next That same God, Jesus Christ, said unmistakably that even if you keep the whole or most of the laws you still will go to hell if Jesus Christ is not your Lord and Savior and Baptizer of the Holy spirit firstly Keeping God’s laws and living righteously has it’s reward, but that still does not mean we have to keep every law mentioned in the old testament that were applicable only to the Jews now even… The false, perverse Law keepers always try to justify their even 10 commandment keeping by Matt. 5:17-19. And James is very clear that if we’re going to keep the Mosaic law, we have to keep all of the laws [James 2:10]

Now compare “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” (Matthew 5:17-18) with “For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, 15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace.” (Eph. 2:14-15),

“Of special significance in this study is the word rendered “abolish.” It translates the Greek term kataluo, literally meaning “to loosen down.” The word is found seventeen times in the New Testament. It is used, for example, of the destruction of the Jewish temple by the Romans (Matthew 26:61; 27:40; Acts 6:14), and of the dissolving of the human body at death (2 Corinthians 5:1). The term can carry the extended meaning of “to overthrow,” i.e., “to render vain, deprive of success.” In classical Greek, it was used in connection with institutions, laws, etc., to convey the idea of “to invalidate.””

And while the apostle Paul certifies that “the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good” (Romans 7:12), we also do still know as per Romans 7: “1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? 2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. 3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. 4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

How much more clearer can it be, we are adulterers if we serve the law, since we are dead to the law once we have been married to Jesus Christ.. He Jesus Christ had fulfill the law as Moses had written it. Once He died and rose again He ratified what was needed to be kept under the law of Christ, the laws of the Holy Spirit (not Moses). This law was either given directly by Jesus or through the apostles after the resurrection where they all were filled with the Holy Spirit in the Book of Acts. Pentecost is not an option but mandatory for all Christians.

Jesus did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill it. To have it put aside. We are under the new law of Christ and NOT under the law of Moses. Some of the Old Testament laws are ratified in the new covenant and most are not. Jesus himself had removed the requirement of having to follow the Law in order to please God, he even had established justification by faith, and thereby united both Jew and Gentile into one group in Christ. This is when Paul says in verse 15 that he abolished in his flesh the enmity which is the law of commandments in ordinances. The Law was that which separated Jew from Gentile and since it has been fulfilled in Christ, it is no longer something that would separate Jew and Gentile. Both Jews and Gentiles can be one, Christians the Church now instead. The word “fulfill” which many abuse, it does not mean to continue or reinforce. Matthew consistently used the word fulfill in a specific manner, once something is fulfilled there is not a need for any future fulfillment. Now fulfilled all mean a completion of something that is said. That something was prophesied or written and he fulfilled it or made it happen, bringing it to its end, having it come to pass, no longer applicable commandments, all he old testament laws.. 613 of them now too.. As we can see, these 613 commands were temporary and only for a certain time and next many of the Old Testament laws are given new meaning in the New Testament. Whatever came through the cross and taught by the apostles were the new applicable teachings for the Church. Jesus did not tell the disciples not to sacrifice animals during this time they were still under the law before his resurrection. Its obvious after he died the Temple veil was rent and his sacrifice was made once for all, they no longer had to do continue this approach. Mt.28 states to observe all things that I have commanded you it means and include also what he spoke to the disciples after His resurrection, as preached by the Apostles too now.. “The Old Testament Covenant was never intended to be permanent. (Gal.3:17-18, 22-25) Jesus used two examples in a parable to show the new is not to be joined with the old, (Luke 5:36-39) V.36 “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old one; otherwise the new makes a tear, and also the piece that was taken out of the new does not match the old.”Heb.8:13 “In that He says “a New Covenant,” He has made the first one obsolete…”. Paul describes the Mosaic covenant in 2 Cor.3: 7 the HOLY SPIRIT tells us, is “passing away” and is “abolished” (verses 11,13), in its place we have the “ministry of the Spirit” and “the ministry of righteousness” (verses 8,9).” For “the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

Rom 3:19-20: “Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” Christ fulfilled, cancelled, done away with the demands of the Mosaic law, which called for perfect obedience under threat of a “curse” (see Galatians 3:10, 13).;

You are trying to earn favor with God by observing certain days or months or seasons or years. I fear for you. Perhaps all my hard work with you was for nothing. Dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to live as I do in freedom from these things, for I have become like you Gentiles—free from those laws. Galatians 4:10-12 So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality. Colossians 2:16-17

So again the Old Covenant is not our covenant, and the Old Testament law is not our law. This New Covenant in Christ fulfilled the Old Covenant (and its laws and sacrifices) and superseded it. All followers of Christ—Jews and Gentiles—are New Covenant people of God. We’ve been freed from the Old Covenant law and are no longer under its jurisdiction.

Now if Christ fulfilled all the law why do some try to bring people back under its bondage? They are Bible ignorant or imposter Christians perverse slave drivers , therefore their confusion continues. many have a tendency to open the Bible anywhere and, because it’s all God’s Word, assume falsely that everything applies to us all and this causes a lot of confusion and error too.  .  It is still an undeniable fact that the majority of professing Christians have not let the Holy Spirit teach them on the truths found in the Bible as they have been falsely preoccupied with the things of this world rather, so now rather they have mostly and falsely believed on the false teaching of others, those others who often have false hidden agendas including power trips.. Today there is still a great need for all Christians to have biblical discernment and discrimination. Many professing Christians remain biblically illiterate and spiritually gullible. They lazily still tend naively accept almost any teaching as truth. and Just because it is even a Baptist teaching does not necessarily mean it is a biblical teaching. We are still all “test the spirits” and the chief measuring stick is the Scripture itself! Not academic degrees, or Ministerial titles. God’s truth is still absolute. It is immutable. It never changes. Amazing how many of the false Christians doctrines are new, developed within the last 500 years only too..

Acts 1:5. “for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”

Matthew 3:11. “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” John the Baptist, was promising that when the Messiah came He would baptize them with the Holy Spirit. It was a promise of the indwelling of the Spirit of God. This was confirmed by Peter in Acts 11:16 where everyone who was baptized with the Holy Spirit was also undeniably also speaking in tongues. A truth that too many liars try to deny, explain away rather.

Acts 11:16. “Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, `John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

1 Thess.5:20-22, “Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good.”

Jesus warned in Mt.7:15-16, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits…”

Apostle Paul warned the Ephesian elders in Acts 20:29, “For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.”

Apostle Peter also offered this warning in 2 Pet.2:1, “But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.”

Today there is still a great need for biblical discernment and discrimination. Many believers remain biblically illiterate and spiritually gullible. They naively accept any teaching as truth.

 11. In Eph.4:14, Paul says that a sure sign of spiritual immaturity is “tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.”

1 John 4: 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Apostle John here teaches we must discriminate doctrinally. We must “test the spirits.” We must learn to discern between “the spirit of truth and the spirit of error as You cannot love until you reject hatred. You cannot pursue righteousness until you abandon evil..

Why are people falling for false teachings? Because they are not reading or understanding their Bibles! When it comes to knowing our Bible, not many know what is in the Bible or have a clear understanding of what it is saying. One reason may be because there are too many interpretations and arguments about what the Word of God says. Another reason may be that we put too much trust on who is delivering the message without reading it for ourselves. We rely on our pastors and spiritual leaders to “feed” us the Word, and trust them blindly to do so but in reality, many have a different agenda and God is not in it, so people are being deceived. That is why it is important to pray, ask the Holy Spirit himself to lead and guide you as you read and study the Holy Scriptures, to understand the Word of God and keep it stored in your heart so that you would not be deceived. You will then be able to discern if what is coming out their mouths is in alignment with God’s Word, if it is not, then it is false teaching. Do not just rely on what your spiritual leaders or anyone (including myself) is telling you, check it and read it still always for yourselves.

I get a chuckle, a big laugh of those persons who claim they are experts on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues when they have never even experienced them. They instead of referring you to what the the Bible actually says about it all they tend to refer you elsewhere falsely too. Many false Bible teachers, expositors, dispensational liars, falsely Pentecostal bashers today they falsely do not take the Bible, the actual statements of the Biblical accounts of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at face value but still falsely try by playing on words, distorting the scriptures, by adding to it, or try to diminish or take away the Baptism of the Holy Spirit place, importance.

Don Basham, a leading Charismatic writer , rightfully says that this: “. . . experience is a second encounter with God (the first is conversion) in which the Christian begins to receive the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit into his life.”.

Many Charismatics and all Pentecostals teach that this experience usually comes when one prays for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. It is a very definite experience in which the person experiences the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Biblical evidence or sign that a person has received the Holy Spirit is authenticated by that person speaking in tongues. Basham describes the experience as follows: ” But even if you feel nothing, rest quietly in the confidence that the Holy Spirit is now coming upon you in power and is about to furnish you with a new language of prayer and praise to God.”

After having this experience they teach “they are then empowered” by the Holy Spirit. Basham rigthfully further states: “The average Christian, although truly professing Christ, operates largely on his own power, making his own decisions, living by his own strength, and controlling his own life. But through the baptism of the Holy Spirit the Christian is empowered out of this natural realm into a realm where he can begin to experience the supernatural gifts and powers of God’s Holy Spirit.”

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit experience often comes when others who have had the experience, lay hands on the person seeking the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Again with the laying on of hands one receives the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and next they will speak in tongues and which is Biblical the “evidence” that they have received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

In summary the Baptism of the Holy Spirit does not necessarily happen when a person is saved because most people tend to make a partial acceptance of Jesus Christ, an intellectual acceptance, see only their need of personal salvation for sin and death but have not make Jesus Christ the lord of their life yet.. .

It should be understood that in each of the accounts of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit coming upon believers in the Book of Acts those who received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit they were already even believers In Jesus Christ, saved persons..

Stay with what the Bible says, the Holy Spirit teachers you and not mere men and women

The word of God says the Holy Spirit reveals the deep things of God to us.

I Corinthians 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Pentecostal Christian groups today are teaching rightfully that after a believer has been saved they have an experience in which they receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit accompanied by the “speaking in tongues” phenomena. It is often called a “second blessing” in which a believer is empowered by the Holy Spirit and that: “receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is always accompanied by speaking in tongues”.

Now the Holy Spirit is gentle  but he will still tell you the truth..
