Alberta today- Reality sets in Calgary housing starts slide 66%

0-ab-coat-thb

Total housing starts in the Calgary region plunged by a stunning 66 per cent in January compared with the same month a year ago, according to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. Data released today by the agency said starts in the Calgary census metropolitan area dropped from 711 units in January 2008 to 243 units last month. There were 204 single-detached starts in January 2009, lower by about 44 per cent from the 363 units started in January 2008.  “The downward trend in single detached starts seen during 2008 is expected to continue into 2009 due to the current economic uncertainty and elevated levels of inventory in the market,” said Lai Sing Louie, senior market analyst in Calgary for the CMHC. Meanwhile, multi-family starts, which include semi-detached units, rows, and apartments, amounted to 39 units in January 2009 compared to 348 units started in January 2008 – an 89 per cent decline. “Multi-family starts have been moving lower since June of last year while inventory levels have been moving up,” said Louie. “As a result, much of the multi-family construction activity in 2009 will focus on completing the multitude of projects that were started in 2007 and 2008 rather than initiating new construction.” Housing starts across Alberta’s seven largest centres totalled 836 units in January compared to 2,185 units a year earlier – 62 per cent down. Lower levels of activity were reported across six of Alberta’s seven largest centres. Wood Buffalo reported a 12.3 per cent increase in year-over-year activity.http://www.calgaryherald.com/Calgary+housing+starts+slide/1269875/story.html

In spite of a growing, deepening Albertan  recession the most recent  growth makes Calgary , 1/3 the size of Montreal, is the third-largest municipality in Canada ?  Now according to the latest statistics   Toronto (2,631,725 people in 2007) and Montreal (1,620,693 in 2006) had more people. Ottawa (898,150 in 2008) and Edmonton (782,439 in 2009) rounded out the top five.  However, if one uses census estimates from 2008 for metropolitan areas — which rightfully do include the immediate  surrounding suburbs — then the Calgary Region falls to fifth, behind Toronto (5,531,263), Montreal (3,750,540), Vancouver (2,271,224) and Ottawa (1,198,668).  Calgary (1,182,446) is unique  for having the vast majority of its population live in the actual municipality, and not in surrounding suburbs. It has no suburbs because it is a mostly new city basically. That is why it is also costly as the roads, sewers, are mostly new too. Calgary only has 60,000 more residents than Edmonton (1,124,163) and it makes a lot of false noise in that fact too cause it wants to attract much needed capital investors for non existing industrial, commercial aspects.. There basically are only 2 large cities in Alberta, Calgary and Alberta, and a handful of smaller towns.. Alberta has some of the biggest liars, spin doctors in Canada for the main cities are desperately seeking more  revenues, and capital investors and anyway they can get them now too even by lies, distortions. There is not much industrial, Manufacturing business in Alberta due to the shortage of labor and skilled persons, and high operating costs. People in Calgary and Alberta do often dream of becoming rich ,  but it is a far away dream when you consider the high costs of living there and the uncertainty of holding onto a job too.

OTTAWA — The number of bankruptcies in Canada jumped 46.7 per cent in December from a year earlier, with consumers being hit the hardest as the economic downturn took hold. The federal Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy reported Monday there were 8,299 bankruptcies during month, up from 5,659 from December 2007. Consumer bankruptcies soared 50.6 per cent to 7,821 in December from 5,192 a year earlier, it said. The number of business bankruptcies were up 2.4 two per cent to 478 from 467 for the year-earlier period.   http://www.calgaryherald.com/Life/Bankruptcies

Sole Gospel

(Acts 15:14 KJV)  Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. 15  And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, 16  After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: 17  That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. 18  Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

“And He shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.” (Acts 3:20-21) “… Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.” (Luke 21:24) “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part if happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.”   Romans 11:25-26,

Firstly the promised restoration of the tabernacle of David mentioned in the book of Acts is not the restoration of tithing, Jerusalem as the center of Worship, any land of Israel now too, and it was, is not for sure a nationalistic Israel empire building.. The promised restoration of the tabernacle of David  is solely foremost  by the substitutionary innocent death of Jesus Christ next actually is the experience of the personal “Baptism of the Holy Spirit”, Pentecostalism, and the restoration of the related personal method of the worship of God directly, David danced before the Lord, and it is not just the formation of the Church.

(John 4:23 KJV)  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth..

Too many even professing Christian persons are not familiar with the Bible , THE NEW TESTAMENT AND THEY THUS DO HAVE A FALSE UNDERSTANDING OF JESUS CHRIST, etc.,

The Gospel of Christ is generally defined as the BOOKS of the New Testament, and it includes all of the books there in, written by Apostle Paul now as well..  the majority of Christians agree with this post too for 2000 years now..

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:16-17)
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. (1 John 5:10-12)

Thus you  whether Jew or gentile now  only  you are either a believer in Jesus Christ, with the witness of the Holy Spirit, and you have eternal life in Christ, or you are an unbeliever in  Jesus Christ without eternal life, going to Hell.  There also is no other Gospel in the New testament, New Covenant as well. For nearly two thousand years people by the millions have trusted in Jesus Christ, and have thus received eternal life, while other people by the billions have refused the counsel of the New Testament scriptures, and have thus have for certainty received the damnation of hell, eternal separation from the one and only true God..

Matthew 21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

Matthew 21:33  Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:   Isaiah 5:7-8  For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.  Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!

Matthew 21:34-36  And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.

Acts 7:51-52 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.  Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One [Jesus Christ]; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:  Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.  When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.

Matthew 21:37-39  But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.

Matthew 27:1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:

Luke 18:31-33  Then he [Jesus] took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.  For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on: And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.

Matthew 21:40  When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?   Matthew 21:41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.

(Mat 21:19 KJV)  And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily [truly] I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. (Matthew 10:14-15)

And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say, Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city. Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me. (Luke 10:9-16)

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell [Hades] delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. (Revelation 20:13-14)

But the Jews stirred up the devout and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them out of their coasts. But they shook off the dust of their feet against them, and came unto Iconium. And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Ghost. (Acts 13:50-52)

And when Silas and Timotheus were come from Macedonia, Paul was pressed in the spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was Christ[ Messiah] they opposed themselves, and blasphemed, he shook his raiment, and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles. (Acts 18:5-6)

Many professing Christian preachers, teachers, persons  have been falsely influenced and deceived by the false dispensationalist teachers such as C.I. Scofield, who is famous for the Scofield  Study Bible, who next had come up with a false Gospel add-on which now focuses on ethnic Israel’s separate personal Salvation.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: (Galatians 3:13)

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. (Romans 5:6-11)

But   should any a person, Jewish or Gentile,  reject the mercy, grace of personal forgiveness, deliverance from death, hell,  which God offers to them through Jesus Christ ,  then next can never be be separately justified or reconciled in God’s sight, but they would merely, always  continue to be his enemy. They would receive no earthly or heavenly blessing from God now as well.

Admit it or not still every person  whether Jew or Gentile, who rejects Jesus Christ as their Savior, will die in their sins and end up only in hell.

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. (1 John 2:18)

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. (1 John 2:22)

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:3)

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (2 John 1:7)Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.  (John 18:35-36)

The Kingdom of God also is NOT a worldly messianic Jewish kingdom, it is not of this world.  It is a SPIRITUAL KINGDOM, and a person will NOT enter into that heavenly Kingdom unless they come into it through JESUS CHRIST! All people, persons, Jews, gentiles  who reject Jesus Christ as their own personal savior from death, sins are under a deadly curse according to the Bible! The Land of Israel, and the city of Jerusalem also no longer belongs to any Jew or areas but solely belongs to Jesus Christi who redeemed it and will claim it one day for himself.

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of ONE, And to thy SEED, which is CHRIST. (Galatians 3:16)

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Galatians 3:28-29) Matthew 21:44  And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the GIFT OF GOD , and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee LIVING WATER. (John 4:9-10)

At one point the same woman brought up the subject of worship, and the fact that the Jewish people said that “… Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.” [John 4:20]

Revelation 19:10  And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, NOR YET AT JERUSALEM, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. BUT THE HOUR COMETH AND NOW IS, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias [Messiah] cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. (John 4:21-26)

How clearer can it be that Jerusalem is no longer the center of worship of God. The worship center of God now rather lies within each man’s heart by the Holy Spirit of God. There is no special “Holy Land” anywhere in the world. It is your heart that the Lord is after. True salvation and the true worship of God has nothing to do with a geographical location, and that would include the land  Israel, Jerusalem  of today. Every single true believer who has put their faith in Jesus Christ, has had their names written in Heaven, in the book of life. It is not about a piece of real estate over in the Middle East but now the new  heavenly Jerusalem alone. Why should any person be concerned with an earthy Jerusalem and an earthly Israel when we have already been raised up together with Jesus Christ? Neither Jesus nor the Apostles mention any further present, future Christian concerns about the old Jerusalem, or Israel.

Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. (John 5:39-40)

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: NO MAN cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. (John 1:29)

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his BLOOD we shall be saved from wrath through him. (Romans 5:8-9)

And the veil of the temple was rent in twain (two) from the top to the bottom. And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God. (Mark 15:38-39)

Where is the Jewish Temple today? It is not to be found and anyway there can be very any atonement for the sins of the people with  the shedding of animal blood.  The Temple sacrifices are no longer accepted in the sight of God after the ultimate, final and perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ his Son.. The Old Jewish Covenant has been completely done away with and if somebody tells you something else then they are preaching falsehood to you. All of the past Old testament sacrifices had solely pointed to Jesus Christ.

(Rev 21:2 KJV)  And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. (Hebrews 13:13-14)

The scriptures tell us that HERE (on this earth) we have NO continuing city, and that includes the earthly city of Jerusalem. We, as Christians, are looking to the Jerusalem which is above (Galatians 4:26), not to the old earthly city in the Middle East, Israel.

But Jerusalem which is above is FREE, which is the mother of us all. (Galatians 4:26)

But ye are come unto mount Sion [ZION], and unto the city of the living God, the HEAVENLY JERUSALEM, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are WRITTEN IN HEAVEN, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, (Hebrews 12:22-23)

If ye then be RISEN WITH CHRIST , seek those things which are above, ( Not the earthly Jerusalem, land of Israel) where CHRIST sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with CHRIST IN GOD . When CHRIST, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (Colossians 3:1-4)

Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? (John 5:45-47)

For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. (Acts 3:22-26)

And he (Jesus) said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. (John 8:23-24)

Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:10-12)

Now can you say truly I by Jesus Christ   “I have come unto Mt. Zion the city of the living God!” only!

But God forbid that I should glory, save (except) in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. (Galatians 6:14-16)

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. (Romans 2:28-29)

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (John 3:6-7)

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. (2 Corinthians 11:3-4)

(Gal 3:1 KJV)  O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? 2   This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?3  Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? 4  Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

(Lev 25:23 KJV)  The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me. 24    And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land. in a context dealing with the Year of Jubilee, declares that the owner of the land is none other than the Lord. GOD GIVES AND GOD TAKETH AWAY. AND  IN THE NEW TESTAMENT ISRAEL IS DEFINED NOW ALL ENCOMPASSING TO INCLUDE  THE GENTILE BELIEVERS.

The two questions  answered about Israel’s promised land

   (1) Did Israel ever possess all the land God promised?  NO!    (2) Did God place conditions on this possessing?  Yes!

Abraham (then known as Abram) was called out of Ur to go to a land that  God would show him (Gen. 12:1), a land God said would be his for an inheritance (Gen. 15:7-8; 17:7-8).  Abraham and his seed were charged to keep  God’s covenant (Gen.17:9ff). Later, the promise was renewed to Isaac (Gen. 26:1-5) and to Jacob  (Gen. 28:1-16).  Then, as Joseph neared death, he reminded the people of  the promise in that God would “bring you again unto the land of your fathers” (Gen. 48:21; 50:24).

While in  Genesis 15, Jehovah made a promise to Abraham. He declared that the patriarch’s seed would someday possess the territory between “the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates” (v. 18). Has the promise been fulfilled? Premillennialists contend that it has not.

Of this passage, Allan Ross, of the Dallas Theological Seminary, writes: “Israel has never possessed this land in its entirety, but she will when Christ returns to reign as Messiah” but that is still just one’s man’s speculation and has nothing to do with the facts of the New Testament.

All geopolitical rights promised in the old  covenant have been cancelled and that the best that Israel can  hope for now is to be part of the new people of God, the church, but without a distinct nationality, land, or statehood.  There is no land promise awaiting the Jewish people in the future. The Hebrew people lost their deed to material territory as a result of their spiritual rebellion, which was consummated by their murder of the Messiah.  (Josh 23:15 KJV)  Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all good things are come upon you, which the LORD your God promised you; so shall the LORD bring upon you all evil things, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you. 16    When ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath given unto you.

The only related hope now for those persons of Jewish background is in their accepting the  gospel of Jesus Christ (Rom 1:16 KJV)  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

STILL  FALSE AND INCONSISTENT RATIONALIZATIONS ARE USED TO JUSTIFY THE supposed  APPROVAL OF  ISRAEL’S POSSESSION OF THE LAND IN THE NEW TESTAMENT.. and the liars add to the word of god that which is not here too.

The sole and  most significant passage on this subject in the New  Testament is Romans 9-11, especially 11:11-36.  For if Israel’s   failures have fallen out to the spiritual advantage of the  world and their reconciliation to God, her acceptance will signal  her “life from the dead” (11:15). The question as to whether the return pf the land  follows a national  spiritual awakening and turning to the Lord or vice versa is not at all even confirmed. ” “And so all Israel will be saved” (Rom. 11:26) in accordance  with the predictions of Isaiah 27:9 and 59:20-21. The “and so”  (kai> ou!twj) probably points back to verse 25 and the “mystery” of  the temporary failure of Israel until the full number of the Gentiles comes in (cf. Luke 21:24). Then, in that future moment, “all  Israel will be saved” pa?j ]Israh>l swqh<setai).”

But this is a matter of Israel’s individual salvation and  a matter of them still converting to the inclusive  Gentile  brand of Christendom,  not is it a matter of God’s activity in  history when the nation of Israel distinctly shall once again, as in the days of  blessing in the past, experience the fill blessing and joy of God  spiritually, materially, geographically, and politically.  There is no he promise of the land to the  nation of Israel here..

People also do still lie when they say the land was given unconditionally to Israel.. God said he would not break his promises, but the people had to live up to their part still.

“Note the conditions for possession of the land are given in (Deu 8:1 KJV)  All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers. 8:2    And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

(Deu 10:11 KJV)  And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take thy journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them. 12   And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
13 To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

Yes, God was ready to give them the land that he promised to Abraham,  Isaac, and Jacob (Deut. 9:5), but it was conditional upon the people’s obeying God.  Even to Abraham and his seed was given the condition of obedience   (Gen 17:9 KJV)  And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

Joshua 1:1-9 concerning this, and in verse 4, he was told the extent of the land:  From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river,     the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great   sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.
The readers should also take note of the condition given in verse 3 of this  passage:  Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have  I given you, as I said unto Moses. Joshua 1:7-9. Note especially  verse 8:  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou   shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: FOR THEN THOU SHALT  MAKE  THY  WAY  PROSPEROUS,  AND  THEN  THOU  SHALT  HAVE GOOD SUCCESS,  Joshua’s conquests continued in chapter 11, and in verse 23 we are told  “Joshua took the whole land.”  Some would cite this as showing that nothing  was left that needed to be conquered.  However, in context, the term “whole  land” refers to that land which Joshua had done battle against.  thus the “whole land” included only those lands conquered to this point, which accord- ing to Joshua 12:7 stretched from Lebanon to Edom.  At this time, they  rested from war and divided the land.

Josh. 13:6). In  Joshua’s final charge to the people, he reminded them of the condition for  possession:

“Book by Stephen Sizer, entitled ’Christian Zionism, Road Map To Armageddon?,  will shed a great MORE deal of light on the topic of Christian Zionism. Many millions have been bamboozled and deceived by this cultish movement, and few will ever utter a word against the State of Israel as a result. In the book ’Christian Zionism: Road Map To Armageddon’ Stephen Sizer goes into great detail in exposing the historical roots of Christian Zionism. Mr Sizer talks about things such as the Balfour declaration, CI Scofield and the Scofield Bible, and the influence that it has had in the world. The names of the people who have been associated with this cultish teaching are very well known, people such as John Darby, D.L Moody, Hal Lindsey,  and Pat Robertson, just to name a few. ”

The danger of supporting Israel is we can end up supporting this as well.. JERUSALEM – Israel’s military on Thursday ordered a criminal inquiry into its own soldiers’ reports that some troops killed Palestinian civilians, including children, during the Gaza war by hastily opening fire, confident that relaxed rules of engagement would protect them. Their accounts, published in a military institute’s newsletter, echo Palestinian allegations and feed into human-rights groups’ contention that Israel violated the laws of war. Soldiers also reported the wanton destruction of civilian property”

Take good heed unto yourselves, that ye love the Lord your God.   Else IF YE DO IN ANY WISE GO BACK, AND  CLEAVE  UNTO  THE   REMNANT OF THESE NATIONS, EVEN THESE  THAT  REMAIN  AMONG YOU, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them,  and they unto you: Know for a certainty that the Lord your God  WILL  NO  MORE  DRIVE  OUT  ANY  OF  THESE  NATIONS  FROM  BEFORE YOU; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and  scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish   from off this good land which the Lord your God hath given you,     (Josh. 23:11-13,  ).

As Judges 1 shows, the children of Israel did not conquer all their possessions.  Judges 2:1-5 explains why.  Note the following:  And an angel of the Lord came up from Gilgal to Bochim, and  said, I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never  break my covenant with you.  And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: BUT YE     HAVE NOT OBEYED MY VOICE: why have ye done this?  Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you.

It is obvious that the Israelites made leagues with these people and quit fighting.  Thus, they violated all conditions set forth by God: (1) they quit “walking” (Josh. 1:3), (2) they made pacts with the enemy (Deut. 7:2), and  (3) they disobeyed God’s commands (Deut. 8:1).  Therefore, these people  could not fulfill all of what God wanted done. “
