AT TIMES the Internet blogosphere lives up to its billing as the new frontier of FREEDOM OF SPEECH, religious and political discourse. But too often the blogs mainly still turn into an open sewer of rumors, lies, libels and adolescent sins.

Some people object to me calling them any names such as Abusers, Bullies, Bashers, Freaks, but now what else should I now call them in truth ? False Prophets, Terrorists, Liars, Heretics, Trouble makers , Non Christians, unkind , unloving persons instead?

There are even in churches, on the net, too many false critics, much too many bullies, bashers who are basically working for the devil, wrongfully , falsely trying to justify their action too now by livingly saying they are doing God’s works, justifying their immoralities when their work is clearly not God inspired or being done in humility or love now too..

Like I said too many people are doing the devil’s work often bashing faith healers, Pentecostals, and falsely trying to justify it too… it clearly is not done in love, in fairness as well..

Christians do not follow the self centered conservative Republicans, or the immoral Liberal democrat agendas rather they solely are to follow Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit himself and the Bible. True Christians care about honesty, justice, morality, fairness, human rights, poverty, the poor, helping others, love, sickness, sick, elderley, young persons etc., Nor are the true Christians now Pentecostal Bashers, or mere Bullies too.

There is no law that says I have to still allow or to accept quietly the false, unfair abuse of even any of the the Pentecostal Christians for that matter now as well anywhere world wide, even on the net.

it is clear even so many persons who profess to be pastors in all denominations now too they are certainly firstly still not even real Christians, for they personally do not even act like it now for all to see as well.

One of my past Baptist pastor used to be openly anti Pentecostals most of his time in his past ministry, until he himself got brain cancer and he could not be cured by the McGill University doctors, so he immediately went too the local Pentecostal church to find about Biblical healing, and he was healed next too.

When I hear, or read of someone trying to limit the involvement God today as to what he or he cannot do, I normally do rightfully do think that person is still in real repentant sins, and as well, he really does not yet personally know God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit nor the Bible even even on top of that, and I know that is true for many a pastor now as well.. (Psalm 135:6 ) Whatsoever the LORD pleases to do , that he does in heaven, and on earth, in the seas, and in all of the deep places.

I personally have no doubt that God works through Doctors, but I do also do Believe that God will do for me next what the Doctors cannot do yet.. for God still can do miracles today, even Heals too.. if the healing conditions of His are met.. the exercise of prayer in faith, in humility too, faith in Him and his Word to us today.

Naturally if you do not exercise your faith in God and in his Word don’t expect to be healed, to experience, see any miracles today too.

It is true that instead of being “relevant,” most of our Christian churches have mostly become a mirror of the wordly culture’s infatuation with power, prestige, position, possessions, and prominence, instead of being “servants of God ” embodying a different way! A church now also with all of the overboard revival police and the toothless, pretentious watch dogs trying to get their own glory, attention, 5 minutes of fame.

“This needs to be just the first salvo in an ongoing effort to become a softer friendlier company to deal with.”

New Bell chief executive George Cope has promised to improve customer service as it completely overhauls the vast business. The Montreal-based company recently announced plans to shed 15 per cent of management and sell non-core assets.

I do not have to accept any of the negative consequences, or bad acts of other persons and their sins too. Not even those by the Liberals or the Conservatives leaders now too.

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons seems to be most effective way that works for everyone’s benefit in dealing with the bad acts of others still.

I still am often amazed how many control freaks I do encounter, and yes often they can also be found in schools, homes, work, church, governments, elsewhere too.. these are people who often claim they are giving you some helpful hints, tips, advice but are trying to manipulate you to do something they rather want.

Control freaks do often have a terrible personal, social life too and do often make all life terrible for those they live with, marry, work with, come in contact with.

John Hagee’s Israel Heresy!

I really get sick every time I hear preachers such as John Hagee and Jerry Falwell demonize the Arab people, while glorifying the Jews. This is wrong. The Word of God teaches no such heresy. Deuteronomy 9:6 states “Understand therefore, that the LORD thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness; for thou art a stiffnecked people.” The Jews today are as stiffnecked with pride as they were 4,000 years ago. The present nation of Israel was secured through tyranny, driving out the Arabs at gun-point, and not by the hand of God. Ezekiel 37:21-23 tell us that the Lord will regather Israel when He returns to reign as King after the Tribulation Period. Just as Abraham and Sara decided to take matters into their own hands (i.e. Hagar and Ishmael) instead of waiting for God’s promise–so have elite Jews today decided to control their own affairs without God.

Sadly, most Jews are hellbound without Christ, following demonic Judaism and the Kaballah instead of the Word of God. No unsaved Jew will ever see the Promised Land (2nd Thessalonians 1:8 applies to Jews too). God is NO respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). Zionism is a false doctrine. What is Zionism? Basically, it is the teaching that Israel should be treated more special than everyone else. Romans 2:11 clearly states that God is NO respecter of persons, and neither should we be. John Hagee is a stooge for wealthy Jews, who keep him rich. Please don’t misunderstand me, I love Jewish people, but I love Arab people EQUALLY. I’m tired of preachers stereotyping all Arabs based on the hatred of a few radical Islamists. As Christians, we all know the pains we endured during the Jim Bakker days. We are just as wrong to demonize all Arabs, as unbelievers are to demonize all Christians. The truth is that MOST Arabs and Jews are unsaved, and BOTH nations are in desperate need of Jesus Christ.

Many Arabs Have More Morality than Americans and Jews

I was listening to John Hagee preaching the other night, WORLD WAR III HAS BEGUN, with Jerry Falwell by his side. Hagee was saying all sorts of horrible things about the Arabs, and how murderous they are. Then he talked about how great America is, and our friends the Jews. Interestingly, Hagee didn’t mention the 50,000,000 abortions in America. Do some research and you’ll find that Americans have murdered 25 times more people through abortion than all the Arab wars combined. In the 8 year Iran-Iraq war (1980-1988) alone, the death toll reached 1,000,000 lives. In those same years, Americans MURDERED over 12,000,000 babies!!! Who are the savages Mr. Hagee? Who are the monsters? Who are crazy and filled with hatred? Please don’t misunderstand me, I love America, but I detest and loath the sins of our nation. I’m tired of Zionists trying to paint a picture of Arab people as the scum of the earth. Biblically, we are ALL hell-deserving sinners, prone to disobedience and wrath (Ephesians 2:2,3). It is wrong for Christians to continually attack the Arab people because of their false religion, while overlooking the false religion of the Jews. The Jews are as messed up as the Muslim Arabs. Remember, the Arabs are the seed of Abraham too. We should not be biased towards one group over the other. We are to love all people. To label the Arabs as suicidal maniacs is to indict ourselves as murderous maniacs (and we Americans have certainly taught the world how to kill).

John Hagee’s Delusions

The following quotes are from John Hagee’s website (NOTE: my comments will be in black type).

Everything Christians do should be based upon the Biblical text. Here are seven solid Bible reasons why Christians should support Israel.

…Christians owe a debt of eternal gratitude to the Jewish people for their contributions that gave birth to the Christian faith. Jesus Christ, a prominent Rabbi from Nazareth said, “Salvation is of the Jews!” (St. John 4:22) consider what the Jewish people have given to Christianity:

a) The Sacred Scripture
b) The Prophets
c) The Patriarchs
d) Mary, Joseph, and Jesus Christ of Nazareth
e) The Twelve Disciples
f) The Apostles

It is not possible to say, “I am a Christian” and not love the Jewish people.

Hagee speaks total heresy! How can he idolize the Jews and never say one good word about the Arabs when most Jews today are hellbound Christ-rejecters? Hagee claims that a genuine Christian must love the Jewish people, but what about Africans or Arabs Mr. Hagee? For anyone to teach that we should love Jews above the rest of humanity is wicked. This is Zionism. Why are the Jews so SPECIAL Mr. Hagee? Just because God used Israel for His divine purposes doesn’t mean we owe the Jews anything. There ISN’T one Scripture that instructs us to show gratitude towards the Jews for what God has done. Hagee is wrong. All Jesus meant in John 4:22 is that true Salvation is found in the Messiah of Israel.

While some Christians try to deny the connection between Jesus of Nazareth and the Jews of the world, Jesus never denied his Jewishness. He was born Jewish, He was circumcised on the eighth day in keeping with Jewish tradition, He had his Bar Mitzvah on his 13th birthday, He kept the law of Moses, He wore the Prayer Shawl Moses commanded all Jewish men to wear, He died on a cross with an inscription over His head, “King of the Jews!”

Mr. Hagee needs to read Romans 10:12 “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.” So why does Mr. Hagee glorify Jewish people over others? I am not putting down the Jewish people at all. I am simply saying that, biblically, Jews are NO BETTER or MORE SPECIAL than anyone else. God offers salvation to all, Gentile or Jew.

Jesus considered the Jewish people His family. Jesus said (Matthew 25:40) “Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren (the Jewish people… Gentiles were never called His brethren), ye have done it unto me.”

Mark 3:35 plainly puts Mr. Hagee to shame “For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.” Shame on you John Hagee for elevating Jews over the Gentiles, by teaching that only the Jews are Jesus’ family. Mr. Hagee states above that “Gentiles were never called His brethren.” Well, Mark 3:35 makes you a LIAR Mr. Hagee, because Jesus calls every Arab who believes upon Him, His brother. John 6:40 states that God’s will is for us to believe on Christ. Every born-again Arab is part of the family of God, as much as any saved Jew. Galatians 3:7 states “Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.” Thank God for the many saved Arabs in the world, and saved Jews too.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love thee.” (Psalm 122:6) the scriptural principle of prosperity is tied to blessing Israel and the city of Jerusalem.

That’s a lie. Psalm 122:6 promises prosperity to those who love God. Unfortunately most Jews reject Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and DON’T love God. The same is true of most Arabs. The same is true of most Americans. The same is true of most of the people in this sinful world (1st John 5:19). The notion that there is a special blessing to those who give money to Israel is ridiculous and absurd. U.S. taxpayers give Israel (against our will) about $8,000,000,000 a year, and our dollar has still lost 30% of it’s value since the year 2000. Out manufacturing jobs are nearly all gone overseas. Our federal leaders have squandered our Social Security money, and have recklessly run the nation’s debt up over $9,000,000,000,000!!! Blessed? Incidentally, it’s Jewish bankers and elites who are behind all this evil. By the way, Karl Marx was Jewish, and based his Communist Manifesto upon the demonic Jewish Talmud. Again, I’m not prejudiced against anyone, but the Jews are no better than anyone else. I don’t blame everyday Jewish people for the evils of elite Freemasonry Jews.

Why did Jesus Christ go to the house of Cornelius in Capernaum and heal his servant, which was ready to die? What logic did the Jewish elders use with Jesus to convince Him to come into the house of a Gentile and perform a miracle?

The logic they used is recorded in Luke 7:5; “For He loveth our nation, and He hath built us a synagogue.” The message? This Gentile deserves the blessing of God because he loves our nation and has done something practical to bless the Jewish people.

This is an absurd claim. Hagee teaches that the only reason Jesus healed the centurion’s servant was because he loved the Jews, and had done something for them. That’s crazy! Matthew 8:13 plainly tells us that the Centurion’s servant was healed because of FAITH “And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.” It was the man’s FAITH that prompted the Lord to heal the servant, for without faith we cannot please God (Hebrews 11:6). Hagee would actually lead us to believe that by contributing to a godless nation of rebellious Jews that God is going to bless us. You cannot show me that in the Bible.

Why did God the Father select the house of Cornelius in Caesarea (Acts Chapter 10) to be the first Gentile house in Israel to receive the Gospel? The answer is given repeatedly in Acts 10.Acts 10:2 “a devout man, (Cornelius) and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God always.” Who were the people to whom Cornelius gave these alms? They were the Jews!

Again, Hagee is perverting the Word of God. Acts 10:2 plainly states that Cornelius was “A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.” Notice that Hagee ASSUMES that Cornelius is giving alms to the JEWS, but that is not what the Bible says. It says that Cornelius gave alms to THE PEOPLE (Jews and Gentiles). Do you really expect us to believe Mr. Hagee that Cornelius, who feared God, only gave money to Jewish people? No way! Also notice that Cornelius feared God. I don’t care how much money you give to the Jews, or anyone for that matter, God is not going to bless you if you don’t fear Him. TV host, Oprah Winfrey, has donated millions of dollars to the poor in Africa, but she promotes the godless New Age heresy more than anyone, and certainly does not love the God of the Bible. She is headed for Hell, and her prosperity today is of the Devil.

God told the prophet Jeremiah, concerning the Jews, in Jeremiah 7:16 and 14:11 “Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me: for I will not hear thee… Pray not for this people for their good.” The Jews had sinned, and God was angry at them. Do you think the Jews are any better today? They are 100 times worse!!! They still murder their children through abortion, as to Moloch. Jews are no more righteous than the rest of the heathen world, and yet they claim to be God’s people. The Jews are saturated with sin today. Jews today still practice idolatry. What is Jerry Falwell teaching his thousands of students at Liberty University? The nation of Israel is in God’s hands, and we are not obligated in any way to befriend Israel today. Every lost sinner must be born-again if they want to go to Heaven? 2nd Thessalonians 1:8 applies to everyone.

We support Israel because all other nations were created by an act of men, but Israel was created by an act of God! The Royal Land Grant that was given to Abraham and his seed through Isaac and Jacob with an everlasting and unconditional covenant. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.” What powerful Scriptures for Jews today! Did you read that… that they MIGHT be saved. There is NO guarantee of salvation just because a person is a Jew. The Apostle Paul plainly states that many Jews are NOT saved, because they have religious Judaism without God’s righteousness. Judaizers are going about to establish their own righteousness, and have NOT submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God–which is to believe on Christ (Romans 10:4, For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth). Oh how foolish and arrogant are MOST Jews today. It’s Jesus or Hell my friend.

Can a person change?

Now can a Person change themselves? Is there hope for anyone?

Some people say that recognition of the problems, obstacles is basically 90 percent of the solution, and I really do also wish that next was true..

Now we all seem to meet all type of persons in real life, the control freaks, verbal and human right abusers, Bullies, enslavers, liars, cheaters, imposters, pretenders, con artists too. And we often simply do wonder why they do not change..

Here also is what I know for sure, the older the person is the more extreme, more severe, the more difficult the punishment has to be on them to cause them to personally to change in their own negative ways, for they are too set in them now too.

Beware though — still today most bad persons resist changing, and do employ false denial techniques of their wrongs, deny wrongfully their own need to change and next even build even more walls between them and others. You can see this bad approach used by alcoholics now as well most of the time..

Being nice. kind, friendly to a really bad person is still also a complete waste of time, for they will not change their negative behaviors on their own, they see   no reasons to do so now still too. Sad but true. We cannot never control a bad person, a drug addict or an alcoholic, but we can learn all about it and learn firstly to control our own behavior, appropriate responses –including how we should behave in the relationship with the sick and suffering and /or possibly manipulative addict or alcoholic, abuser..

In fact it is next impossible for anyone to try to to change others. I have seen many marriage fail cause the wife was naïve to believe she could change her husband instead of accepting him for who, what he was at the time of marriage. After all it is easier to change oneself than others too but wrongfully most people try to change others and not themselves. If it was supposedly easy to change anyone then we would not need prisons for the too often now habitually criminals in reality.

In reality also now whether you are talking now about a parent, a relative, a spouse, criminals, alcoholics, drug addicts to what ever no one basically can be helped firstly who refused to admit they need help, and next also refuses thus next any help to change now as well.

And in truth the only people I have ever seen who manifested any lasting, real changes were these people changed by God, who had next became born again, and to be fully truthful here too next half of them even got worse again next, a dog who returned to their vomit, they denied next the DENIED THE SAME FAITH THEY BELIEVED IN TOO.

The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous rightfully says that only God can next heal, relieve the sin, the illness of addiction. It requires the addictive person to first confess they have sinned and next ask for God’s forgiveness, help.

Too many a persons also do falsely deny who they really are, hiding behind prestigious or pretentious facade that they are unknown, cannot be discerned, read, known cause they are too complex.. you can fool some of the people some of the time, most of the people most of the time but not all of the people all of the time..

Jesus himself said a person can be known simply by what they do. good people do good things.. and bad people tend to do bad things.

Helping others to change for the good is even more difficult today as well

Reality- Today many Children are also being falsely led to believe that Gambling, Alcohol and Bad drug use is generally safe. The average 18 year old has seen 100,000 television commercials encouraging him or her to drink. That’s why 80% of high school seniors have tried alcohol, 32% have gotten drunk in the last thirty days, 43% smoke marijuana, and about one third are smoking cigarettes. Most addicts die of their addiction and they take their family members down with them. The first step in any help program recovery is to get honest with yourself. Get honest even as to what the other person is really like.. Do not let them take you down the drain with them next too.. Control what you watch, read, hear and what your children watch, put the computer also in the family room where you can supervise it, see what they are doing with it.

We all also must take any personal addiction seriously especially amongst teens, and the adults now too, because 25% of North Americans die as a result of substance abuse. The average alcoholic dies twenty-six years earlier than he or she would otherwise. Drug users, alcoholics, cheaters, abusers, adulterers affect negatively continually too the lives of at least six others

Establish Boundaries, Set Limits, Set detachment. One example of setting a boundary is telling a close friend, a loved one that you prefer they not be around you if they are smoking, drunk or high. Notice that it is specific demand, and you have to sit down and communicate this type of request explicitly with that someone. Setting a boundary like this is difficult because there is this tendency to hurt other’s feelings. But that is part of what is keeping you ineffective– your caring more about this person’s feelings than your own personal well being. Setting boundaries is about putting your own personal well being and even that of others first, and letting that be a guiding example of how to live. You know you are setting effective boundaries when you are taking back control of your own life firstly and starting to regain your own sanity–instead of being all wrapped up in the problems of a struggling smoker, rebel, drug addict or alcoholic.

Beware always of men and women, bullies, tormentors, control freaks, persons, civil and public servants, politicians, pastors, leaders, elders, who falsely do, will try to enslave you, oppress you, exploit you even while they claim they are proclaiming the truth, democracy, trying to help you, etc., Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over.

We can also change our thinking in an attempt to eradicate irrational beliefs that might be contributing to our emotional turmoil.

wrongful accusations

The devil gladly supplies you and the others with the lies, distortions, innuendoes, untruths, and even to many people ,even about you, even to your spouse, children, neighbors, friends, acquaintances and to others.. Funny how many people love to listen to gossip, lies, slanders and believe them more readily than the truth too.

Some also had asked as to how one should deal with wrongful accusations by others.. mind you there are various responses to this by others.. sue them for slander the lawyers would say.. And yes many people make false accusation for all kinds of reasons too, Revenge, bitterness, Jealousy, envy.. The people who support the false accusations generally tend to be immoral persons themselves too..but being wrongfully accused by others is also often mentioned, detailed also in the Bible.. Just for a start Moses was wrongfully accused, even Joseph, Job, King David, Daniel, Jesus Christ Himself as well, and their common reaction was to stay humble, keep the faith, tell the truth still to others, and waited for God to fully justify them, to expose the whole truth.

Or what do you do when you are asked to do at work, or at home something you believe is wrong to do.. it is very ill advisable.. excluding commonly acceptably things like cheating, lying, stealing..

Well there are at least 4 reactions, and many more?

1: You can do it anyway and let the other person learn the hard way next from his or her mistake, from their bad order..

2: You can quit your job, run away from home, or get a divorce?

3: You can try to tell the person why you believe it is wrong in a nice way, you can ask them are they aware why it might be wrong for instance it can cause? and likely get into a big fight? and next likely even have them get mad at you..

4: You can just refuse to do it and be ready to pay the negative consequences..

the choice often is yours, but still making the right choice counts..

Daniel in the Bible, and others were asked to do something they felt was wrong.. (Acts 5:29 KJV) Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

It is also natural for many persons to be fearful of something they have not experienced themselves too.. we all have to be cautious anywhere, and we do always discern the truth, but now throwing out the baby with the dirty wash water, or bashing a revival falsely cause we even do have our own false hidden agenda, are generally a very wrong thing to do.

I can say for certainly that the many bad things that happened in my life reduced when I became a bond slave, servant of Jesus Christ, I dispel many of them away now too in the name and the authority of of Jesus .. and those bad things still that happen happened for God’s glory still next.. and for my good..

I rather rightfully believe in Jesus and follow him alone .. and not in the devil and his followers who certainly. visibly have no real love or peace in their own lives.

Too Many major ISP suppliers are unacceptably guilty of initial and subsequent false misleading advertising practices, and an immoral “Bait and switch” business practice as well.

Here is the undeniable reality.. Many bad ISP corporations beforehand do not disclose the amount of capping that they do to their customers., or after wards, or lie as to much they supposedly cap. For example I have a Bell Sympatico connection or I can use a second party proxy connection, and next I get twice the download speeds with the proxy over the Bell’s capped services even during the non peak hours as well, such as all day Saturday.. not just evenings 4.0 pm to 2. am when Bell admits it caps their lines. Now that is a fact any potential bell customer should know now too.

Sprint’s mobile broadband service is the latest to abandon the term and the principle in favor of a monthly cap designed to keep their heaviest users from overwhelming their network.

But Sprint isn’t alone: its two 3G competitors also cap usage, and two wireline broadband operators are testing explicit caps as well. In the earliest days of broadband, service was either heavily capped, with ridiculously low limits–I recall DSL plans that had 1 GB monthly downstream limits for business-grade offerings–or totally uncapped.

Now, the idea of capped service with metered rates, stern warnings, or cancellations above a monthly limit are fully in fashion. For the last few years, companies like Comcast and Verizon’s wired broadband division have warned users about excessive downloads, degraded their service, or canceled their accounts, often with little recourse, and sometimes denying it all the while. Enough states’ attorneys general and FCC staff and commissioners have been involved that what was implicit has become explicit, but with the related effect that caps have become much lower than what they were in the ad hoc days before these changes. Driving all this is not scarcity, because there’s plenty of headroom out there on the Internet, but two interrelated issues: service providers always dramatically oversell their service, and some users are actually abusers. ( But really how can one be an absuer when he pays for and uses what was advertised now?

On the first issue, if an ISP has 500 people connected to a central office DSLAM (a DSL aggregator) with a total downstream bandwidth of 2 Gbps, there’s no universe in which a phone company makes available 2 Gbps to that location. Rather, they allot a fraction of that, which works when traffic is bursty, not continuous. Many people downloading or streaming a lot impact everyone in the same grouping. (I’ve seen this at home when I complained about my 3 Mbps DSL dropping to 500 Kbps at night. A Qwest technician explained I was lumped with heavy users, and with about 20 minutes of waiting on the phone, regrouped my line to another, less used pod of users, and my service has been fine since. The nice part is that was a logical change; no one had to walk over to a cage and move my wires around.)

Verizon had long promised unlimited Broadband Access for their 3G EVDO mobile broadband service. But it was well documented that unlimited had fairly strict limits. After an investigation by the New York attorney general’s office, Verizon agreed to change its disclosures, pay some costs to the state, and refund money to some subscribers. The company now fully discloses its 5 GB per month limit for combined upstream and downstream data. Verizon charges you 49 cents per MB ($490 per GB) when you cross that limit, and the company says that they use email, SMS, and a live data usage display in their connection manager to keep you apprised. Note that a single high-definition movie download might consume nearly 5 GB.AT&T, likewise, has a 5 GB cap each month on LaptopConnect, its 3G cell data offering, with unspecified behavior when you top that amount–additional charges may apply, but clarity would be helpful. They note in their PDF-only terms and conditions: “The parties agree that AT&T has the right to impose additional charges if you use more than 5 B in a month. Prior to the imposition of any additional charges, AT&T shall provide you with notice and you shall have the right to terminate your service.”Sprint has joined this club with first the leaked news and then official confirmation that starting July 13, 2008, its 3G service would also have a 5 GB cap. A spokesperson told me that off-network roaming–ostensibly with Verizon or Alltel, the only other major providers of 3G in the US using the EVDO flavor–is capped at 300 MB per month. Now these are all 3G providers, who have limited spectrum over which they have to make sure all contending users in each cell get approximately the same kind of experience. They can’t afford one user sucking down all bandwidth. However, we’re seeing the same kinds of limits start to be tested for cable-based broadband.

Comcast is testing delaying traffic–slowing down packet transmission to throttle the bandwidth rate–in two Eastern cities they cover for the heaviest users of their service. This is an effective cap, rather than a cutoff. (Comcast has been delaying BitTorrent P2P traffic for all its users prior to this; this change affects all traffic, not just BitTorrent, and is being announced, instead of sub rosa.) In a town in Texas, Time Warner Cable is experimenting with offering different speed packages each of which is coupled with a monthly limit on usage. The lowest-priced package offers a ridiculous 768 Kbps downstream and 1 GB per month for $30 per month; the highest-priced is 15 Mbps downstream with a more reasonable 40 GB per month limit. Charges are $1 per GB above that. With cable companies traditionally and telephone companies newly offering television programming, premium channels, and on-demand video, the caps are another tool to prevent competition from over-the-Internet sources of things to watch. In a situation in which a few carriers control all the pieces, it’s unclear whether rate caps can stick. If both telcos and cable companies decide to impose such limits and restructure their networks, who do you turn to? People with broadband are unlikely to cancel it. In a monopoly or duopoly market, you can’t switch brands. There has to be a happy middle–a role that the FCC may help to negotiate. A 40 GB cap switched to 400 GB might serve precisely the right purpose without penalizing average users who have no other market choice. Verbal abuses.. Much too common these days

Bullies, abusers, liars, slanderers tend to be clearly immoral persons who try to enslave others uancceptably even if they profess to be Christian or what ever,,

and that was a verbal abuse if I have ever seen one..

so do thank God daily that he has now removed your from this abusive relationship..

Truly any type of abuse is unacceptable and anywhere too

and exposing it loudly in public as well as calling the police is the best way to deal with it for everyone’s benefit, the abuser included.

God himself clearly does not accept verbal, physical, or human rights abuses

Verbal abuse is a kind of battering which doesn’t leave evidence like physical abuse does. However, it can be just as painful, and recovery can take much longer. The victim of abuse lives in a gradually more confusing realm. In public she is with one man, in private he becomes another. Often, for the verbally abused woman (man), there is no witness to her reality and no one to understand her experiences. Friends and family continue to see her ex, the abuser, as a really good guy and, certainly, he agrees with them. The verbal abuser, while maintaining his charm with others, always takes his abuse behind closed doors. It is a means of holding power over his wife( husband) /partner.. Many women and some men leave a marriage and come back into the singles’ world with the diminished self-esteem that comes from a verbally abusive relationship. The fact that many of these women (men) have never even realized that they were being abused, makes it easy for them to enter another abusive relationship. A verbal abuser is an insecure person and immature person who is looking for power and control over another.In order to help you recognize abuse, remember that all forms of verbal abuse are methods of manipulating you for the purpose of establishing power over you. The following are some of the forms of verbal abuse the author helps you recognize.

Withholding: a purposeful, silent treatment.
Countering: a countering of your ideas, feelings, and perceptions, even going so far as to refute what he misconstrues you to have said.
Discounting–a putdown of you or something you hold dear.
Blocking and diverting–this is a sneaky, covert way of violating your dignity.
Accusation and blame: generally involves lies about the partner’s intentions, attitudes, and motives. The author states that accusation and blame is present in all verbally abusive relationships.
Judging and criticizing: lies about your personal qualities and performance.
Trivializing and undermining: abusive behavior which makes light of your work, your efforts, your interests, or your concerns. The abuser attempts to dilute meaning and value in your life. Undermining might occur when your partner laughs at you, for example, when you burn yourself cooking. It is also jokes at your expense. Undermining is occurring when you feel a “so-called joke” is mean rather than funny.
Name calling: no one has a right to call you degrading names. Name calling is verbal abuse.
Ordering: Telling you to do something, rather than asking, or making decisions for you or for the two of you without your input.
Forgetting and denial: the trickiest form of denial is forgetting. Become aware that forgetting is a form of denial that shifts all responsibility from the abuser to some “weakness of mind.”
Abusive anger: this seems to be closely linked to the need to “blow up,” to dominate, to control, to go one up, and to put down. Any time you are snapped at or yelled at, you are being abused.

Threatening: Physical threats and sexual threats aside, verbal threats are an effort at manipulation. For example, a threat to leave, stay out all night, or take you home immediately is a manipulation for power. The threat of “pending disaster” is designed to shatter the partner’s serenity as well as her boundaries.

If you counter the abuser or attempt to explain yourself, you will probably be met with such statements as, “I don’t want to hear it, get out of my face” or “Woman you don’t have the brains“, “B” You shouldn’t have said that to me“.

If you are in a brand-new relationship and see warning signs of verbal abuse, the author suggests you might be wise to let the relationship go. It is not likely that a man (woman) who needs to dominate and control will change easily, if at all. It is also likely that when the newness of the relationship wears off, he will become more abusive. Verbal abuse can become physical in time and physical abuse is always preceded by verbal abuse, according to Evans.If you are in a long-term relationship, you can respond to the abuser as the book suggests and soon discover for yourself whether or not your mate is willing to change and stop his abusive behavior.

“If you have been verbally abused in your relationship, you may have discovered that explaining and trying to understand have not improved your relationship. Therefore, I recommend that you respond in a new way–a way that will make an emotional, psychological, and intellectual impact upon your mate.”

The abuser in your relationship may change when he finds that you do know when you are being abused, that you have set limits, that you mean what you say, and that you will not take behavior you don’t like.

If the man ( or sadly too often now a women) in your relationship remains abusive, it is not only not your fault,” it is your responsibility to deal with it, make it public, call the police too.

Any person cannot still fight with you of you leave his or her presences, even forever.. and there is still a good life after a failed marriage now too. I practise what I preach and often now too.

The first spouse, love seems is always the best one in our false pride.. and I know what that is like too.. WE SEEM ALL TO REPEAT OUR BAD TASTE, VALUES.. When they let a person out a prison they generally have a rule not to let them return to his old environment, past home, for five years.. otherwise they will be under the same old bad habits, dispositions too..

NOTE I lost once everything I had owned.. still next I replaced it all with the same things, even though I never used most of them, old habits and bad tastes DO die hard still too for almost all of us..

Now still reporting publically the abusers, and calling the POLICE TOO most often solves the abuse problem the best.. for if the evil persons do not feel real negative personal consequences, REAL negative public exposures, they really have no reasons to change their bad habits next and likely then never will.

I rightfully too tend to openly expose all abusers, all bad people, all bad churches, all bad politicians, all bad corporations that I come across, and often and I also do do call the police, regulating authorities often and demand they all be fired, be put in jail too.

I was also still surprised how popular this post now is too.
